【实习】HR Intern/ Part Time

Job Description
职责描述:
1、Work as receptionist, answer the call;
2、Order the office snacks/office stationery/business cards etc.;
3、Manage the cleaner, clear up the office (we have 1200 m2 office, Even if you put all your time into it, it may take 2-3 days);
4、Coordinate with landlord, repair the broken things (need buy the new accessory by Materialise, like lights/toilet elements etc.);
5、Prepare some simple data or reports, for example making personnel list which is everyone’s contact info;
6、Check the invoice of vendor and make the payment request form( for instance, FedEx/insurance/electronic fee/water fee/house rental fee/ parking fee/telephone fee);
7、Other admin work.
