Main tasks:
1) Organise and support internal and external training sessions
2) Researches, selects and monitors external vendors for the implementation of HRD/OD measures and programs
3) Develops, organizes and guides individual HR Development (HRD) measures
4) Develops, implements and follows up on HRD programs for defined target group
5) Facilitates interviews and workshops in order to analyse current Organizational Development (OD) needs
6) Develops measures for the communication and facilitation of development approaches and programs into the de-central organization
7) Participates in HRD/OD projects
8) Support HR marketing and branding, building connection with local universities
Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree
2) Good English skill
3) Good knowledge in using Excel and other Microsoft office software
4) Interested in the potential in people
5) Self-motivated and driven team player
