Job Description
Objective of Job
  • Support/assist the HR team in operational or strategic personnel management
  • Coordinate and support part of HR projects in China
  • In partnership with designated business areas and the local HR departments to support HR standards, guidelines, systems on site in order to improve organizational and individual performance
  • Support managers or HR associates in preparing documents and consolidate data for HR reporting
  • Handle administrative tasks (e.g. SAP administration, maintenance of personnel files, etc.)
Principle Activities
HR Strategy
  • To work as part of the HR team to execute the basics and develop innovative and timely best practice HR solutions that can be implemented across the company as a whole.
  • Work closely with HR colleagues to ensure that we are sharing knowledge and best practice and that processes spanning the teams work smoothly and that we standardize our approach wherever possible.
HR Daily Operation work
  • Assure the carry out of administrative/personnel activities (e.g. SAP administration, maintain personnel files, etc.)
  • Prepare materials as requested (e.g. contracts, references, etc.)
  • Assure the preparation of documents and consolidating data for HR reports
  • Working permit and resident permit apply/extend and related issue for expatriate.
  • Be in charge of administrative services within HR department and handle administrative issues of cross functions.
  • Be responsible for daily operation work assigned by team.
Permanent observation and continuous improvement
  • Proactively identify operational issues and opportunities (e.g. health and fluctuation management). Doing root cause analysis in cooperation with local HR and management team on site. Propose adequate measures how to improve and develop further. Support the implementation of concrete measures. Observe HR trends during the projects on site and feedback to superior.
Job and Work Requirements
  • University degree (undergraduate) or comparable qualification with focus on Human Resources Management
大学毕业(本科)或相等资质的人力资源管理专业毕业
  • Computer literate – Windows, Microsoft Office, SAP would be beneficial
熟练掌握计算机- Windows, Microsoft Office, 具备SAP知识者优先
  • Very good English (speaking, writing, reading) 英语听说读写能力
  • Willing to work under pressure and as part of a team
