实习生

    Job Responsibilities:


  • Overall assistant for the Strategic Hiring team

  • Recruitment advertisement management through external and internal website

  • CV screening and doing interviews under the instruction of the recruiting manager/specialist

  • Assist with documents preparation and interview arrangement

  • Maintain effective communication with candidates and internal clients

  • Other Assignment as required



  • Qualifications:


  • Bachelor degree or above, major in English or Human Resources

  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)

  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Very good communication skills, flexibility and enthusiasm

  • Self-motivation, independent working style and ability to take initiative

    • 内外部招聘渠道管理

    • 简历筛选并进行相关的电话面试

    • 协助招聘经理/招聘专员完成招聘工作

    • 协助相关文档准备以及面试的安排

    • 完成部门其他相关工作

    相关要求:


    • 本科及以上学历,英语、人力资源管理专业优先考虑

    • 良好的英语能力(书写、口语方面)

    • 熟悉办公软件(Excel,PPT,Word等)

    • 良好的沟通能力,对待工作热情、灵活
