• Collect the training application and training agreement

• Prepare the training reports

• Assist to update the annual training catalogue

• Assist to the NEO program

• Prepare some related document for the different audit

• Assist the department to complete other related work

Your Requirements

• Master student majoring in human recourses, economics, languages or similar

• project management related work or internship experience preferred

• Expert usage of MS Office, especially Excel and Word

• Proficiency in English or German

• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability and team spirit
