Job Description

1.Employee P-file management, follow internal/external audit request and ensure all documents are in place and sufficient.

2.Coordinate on boarding and assist on new hire orientations

3. Assist on off boarding management, employee Exit (exit documents, checkout list, non-compete follow up etc.)

4. Assist on Employee annual leave check and regularly track the leave status and generate related reports to leaders, maximize the value of company benefits and work-life balance;

5. Assist on Work Visa support including letter or other materials preparation;

6. Ad-hoc support to Greater China HR team.


Requirement:

1. Majored in HR or related disciplines;

2. Good communication skill;

3. Good verbal and written command of Chinese and English;

4. Proficient MS Office software operating skills;

5. Highly self-motivated with resilience, team player and result oriented;

6. Attention to detail, high level of accuracy in his/her work;

7. Can work no less than 3 days/week.
