Job Description
The HR Helpdesk will be based in Shenzhen Nanshan District.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
1. Answer Flex employee’s inquiries via phone calls, emails, Live Chat and Ticketing System. The service scope is all the inquiries about HR policies, processes, etc., including technical support for HR systems.
通过电话,邮件,在线聊天和提单系统回答伟创力员工问询。服务范围包括人力政策和程序等,包括为HR系统提供技术支持

2. Record all the key information and create tickets in the ticketing system

3. Track every single inquiry status from end to end to ensure all the inquiries could be processed following the defined process and timeline.

4. Keep high user satisfaction via the professional Helpdesk service and manage user complaint effectively and efficiently.

5. Provide reports/analysis for internal purposes or site HR

6. Other tasks assigned by team leader

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
1. Excellent communication skills,proficiency in Cantonese
出色的沟通能力,会粤语者优先考虑

2. Patient with communicating with people
有耐心

3. Strong sense of responsibility
责任心强

4. Strong sense of customer oriented
以客户为导向

5. Having experience with Workday will be a plus
拥有Workday使用经验者优先考虑
