HR咨询顾问 HR Advisory Consultant
Responsibilities:
1. Act as HR advisory with service team during implementation and initial setup stage to potential clients;
2. Collect the market HR information and update the new policies and regulations;
3. Provide solution for HR policy setup, employment relationship management, labor dispute and related HR management issues as HR business partner for the client;
4. Drive HR advisory service to perform timely, professional and practically according to clients’ requirements;
5. Be confident to handle clients’ queries on payroll and related HR matters;
6. Be responsible to develop and train service team in HR functional areas as internal HR consultant.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree major in Human Resources or other relevant subjects;
2. 5 years or above relating experience of payroll and HR management in consulting industry;
3. Good skill of English, both oral and written;
4. Solid HR / payroll function and related policy & regulation knowledge;
5. Strong consulting and influencing skills – the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to develop effective relationship and promote ideas;
7. Easy-going, proactive, client focus and results-oriented
