Mission & Main Tasks:
The target of Audi China HR Governance & Process team is to bring all major HR core competencies together, build-up strong connections across HR sub departments with clear Business Process & Policies, provide holistic HR Governance and operation approach to better support the execution of Audi China HR strategy successfully based on integrated data and facts inside or outside of the organization.
We call it: "Bring Sustainability for the Long-run"
This position will be hired under the HR Governance & Process team, focus on standardization and optimization of all HR Business Process/Regulations, and more important is set-up and implement an effective HR Compliance Management System (HRCMS) offering an appropriate reporting system.
Job Duties:
- HR Compliance:
a. Plan & Implement HR Compliance Operational Targets, follow the prescribed Group Standards regarding the HR Compliance into consideration.
b. Set-up the HR Compliance Management System standards, take local requirements and special circumstances into the concept.
c. Provide Consultation of HR Compliance Guidelines for directly addressing legally compliant, in order to support employees and managers in carrying out daily operational activities.
d. Develop an appropriate reporting system for the HR compliance of the department towards management (CEO/BoM/HR Committee etc..); organize all HR Compliance related communication activities.
HR Process & Regulations:
a. Work together with the team for organizing, updating and integrating of all business process of HR, Organization and Consulting department.
b. Design, development of company HR policies, solutions to continuous improvement for effectiveness.
c. Publish and update HR Policy according to ISO standard and process
ISO
a. Play as QMB from HR function, coordinate and support process-oriented knowledge and understanding of QM in the OEs
b. Support the preparation of process standards as well as other quality standards and internal QM regulations
c. Examine the process standards for compliance with the conventions and give an approval recommendation for process standards to the PV (approval recommendation is given with the signature of the QPB responsible)
d. Support C/GQ with the planning and organization of internal system audits and external audits
e. Monitor, request and support the implementation of the resulting potential for improvement.
Labor Law & Government Regulations
a. Establish the Labor Law & Government Regulation Catalog for HR Operations, take all Mandatory & Supplementary requirements and special circumstances into the catalog.
b. Provide Consultation of Labor Law & Government Regulations, to support employees and managers in carrying out daily operational activities
c. Develop an appropriate Law/Regulations reporting system towards management (CEO/BoM/HR Committee etc..); and responsible for all related communication activities.
Volkswagen/Audi Group HR Policy include but not limited to Global Assignment Policy.
a. Be the point of contact and subject matter of expertise for Global Assignment Policy.
b. Pro-actively partner with HRBP and Business Partner(if required) for consultation and solve Global Assignment related issues
c. Exchange Global Assignment & related information or survey as needed to global counter-party and to better ensure the process is in-line our Group standards.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related areas.
Professional skills:
- At least 3-5 years working experience, preferred consulting experience in a well-established strategy/management consulting firm/automotive industry.
- Proficiency in MS office, especially PPT skills.

Language skills :
- Good command of English both in speaking and writing
