This role is a HR Generalist role in HR department, the function corvered from Staffing,Benefits Management and recruitment.
Benefits Management:
- Staff welfare management, such as allowance, insurance, medical check, festival gifts and etc
- Yearly plan review and cost control
Staffing
- Handle the employee enrolment, exit, change process for all employees.
- Manage employment contract including offer, probation & contract renewal evaluation;
- Company sub-contractor staff management.
- Keep accurate personal records, Support on HR IS, SAP.
- data and file safely and confidentially with updated record. Ensure all important documents are kept with updated record. - Support on people related certification/permit application, such as residence certification, Hukou, visa, invitation letter, and etc.
Recruitment
- Assistant on basic hiring support.
- Ad-hoc job be assigned by Manager Support company culture relative program
Qualification
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoy in Human Resource or Law will be preferred.
2. Good command of English
3. Pay attention on detail. Well organized.
4. Positive working attitude and learning agility
5. Good communication & interpersonal skills;
Flexible and able to perform under pressure
