Job Description

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

 

Human Resource

- Establish lines of communication with internal customers, vendors, and ATJ-HQ ensuring that a positive departmental and corporate image is created and maintained at all times by being responsive and prompt in responding to requests and enquiries

- Responsible for the administration of the HR department policies and procedures. Other HR functions include recruitment & selection, on-boarding, employment matters, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and communications, training and development, grievance handling, staff welfare, safety and health and corporate initiatives support in HR

- Maintain all HR operational filing relating to the scope of this position

- Work pass management: Application / Renewal / Cancellation and tax clearance for foreign employees and expatriates

- Relocation Services for inbound and outbound expats

- Assist Regional HR Manager in employee handbook reviews and updates

- Participate in various ad-hoc projects and also involvement in HR strategic planning, policies and procedures

- Establish lines of communication with internal customers, vendors, regional HR members and ATJ-HQ

- Communicate and liaise with relevant authorities to ensure company's compliance with local Labour Laws and related statutory requirements including employee tax issues

- Responsible in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual company headcount and related HR reports

- Assist in the preparation, control and administration of HR & facilities annual budget

- Administer HR internal control policies and procedures to align with corporate directions

- Back-up support on Payroll administration for ASM

 

General Affairs

- Manage the outsource model for reception and facility vendor

- Oversees the housekeeping and maintenance of office facilities & office equipment including reception area, conference room, pantries, common areas and Demo Lab

- Ensure environment, health, safety standards are met and comply with government regulation

- Manage and negotiate with external vendors on various office needs, equipment, service related to office and Demo Lab

- Procure and keep track of common office supplies including face mask, first aid and etc

- Administer the car park related matters

- Organizing and coordinate yearly ASM team building

- General Administrative support for ASM managers. (e.g. Organize customer training, overseas visitors support)

- Be a committee member for Malaysia recreational events
