HR Director人力资源总监HRD—知名跨国外企
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the Human Resources function in China, developing the capabilities necessary to deliver a high level of support to China businesses.
- Drive core HR process excellence across the business: leadership and employee development, performance management, reward and recognition, employee engagement, and communications.
- Maintain consistency and quality in hiring, drafting policies & establishing practices across regions and cultures.
- Design and execute human capital strategies needed to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and develop a human resources team that is responsive to the needs of the business and provides a balanced advocacy for all employees.
- Manage labor and employee relations matters and ensure legislative compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years ‘progressive HR generalist experience with at least 5 years’ managerial experience;
- Comprehensive understanding of Chinese labor market and labor laws, which includes experience dealing with local government;
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships within all levels of the organization;
- Hands - on and proven ability to work independently, with little supervision, consummate team player and problem solver, fair, ethical and with unquestionable integrity;
- Superior communication & interpersonal skills, including written skills and delivering presentations. Proficiency in English (both oral and written) and Chinese;
- Strong leadership and Inclusion Behavior as well as high engagement;
- Strategic thinking and excellent analytical capability as well as presentation skills.
