技能要求
- Assist the leadership of the training management system to establish and improve the work, preparation, revision of relevant documents;
协助领导进行培训管理体系的建立和完善工作,编制、修订相关文件
- Help lead the development of enterprise training programs according to the strategic development goals of the enterprises, the business development needs of the departments and the human resources planning
根据企业的战略发展目标、各部门的业务发展需要以及人力资源规划,协助领导制定企业
的培训计划
- Responsible for the specific implementation of the training program, organize and arrange staff specific training tasks
负责培训计划的具体执行,组织并安排人员的具体培训任务
- Responsible for the organization and establishment of internal training team, and is responsible for the internal training system development and management
负责组织和建立企业内部的培训队伍,并负责内部培训体系的开发和管理
- Establish good cooperation with external training units
建立与外部培训单位的良好合作关系
- Assist in leading the assessment and assessment of the training
协助领导进行培训工作的考核和评估
