Job Description

Oracle France is currently looking for its Corporate Social Responsibility Manager. The importance of this mission for Oracle France is crucial and offers you in this respect a maximum visibility. Thus, you will report directly to the Human Resources . CSR manager role will consist to :

Coordinate and deploy the France CSR policy in alignment with Oracle Corp's strategy

  • Work in coordination with our external CSR partner and Country Leader Board France for the construction of the CSR strategy
  • Contribute to the construction of the CSR strategy and its integration into the global Oracle France strategy and its alignment with Oracle Corp strategy
  • Deploy the CSR strategy by steering priority projects
  • Coordinate internal teams
  • Ensure competitive intelligence of practices and regulatory intelligence

Promote and lead CSR within the company

  • Participate in the training plan aimed at raising employee awareness of good practices
  • Support the business to present our CSR approach and propose value added proposals to our customers
  • Determine and monitor the Key CSR indicators that are relevant for external/internal communication
  • Forge partnerships with key CSR players (companies, start-ups, universities, etc.) to accelerate the deployment of CSR strategy
  • Work closely with the communication department to promote CSR actions internally and externally

Design and produce the Company's Extra-Financial Declaration (DPEF) and define indicators and control processes

  • Determine, develop and monitor KPIs and CSR objectives
  • Collect and analyze data relevant for our strategy and its objectives in relationship with internal teams France (Facilities, HR, Business, Finance) and Corp (CSR team Oracle Corp)
  • Analyze and report measures and results within CSR report and optimize them if necessary
  • Build and update the report

PROFILE

  • You are a graduate of an engineering school type bac +5 and have at least 3 years' experience in CSR or responsible communication
  • Driven by environmental considerations, you know how to lead projects related to this strategic subject and knowledge of the digital sector would be appreciated
  • Organized and rigorous, you are curious and autonomous
  • With very good interpersonal skills, your ability to convince and federate will be assets to carry out your missions
Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.

Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).

Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. Ability and willingness to mentor and coach HR team members.
