Mission & Main Tasks:
Audi China Human Resources & Organization is located in Beijing and is responsible for all relevant HR related topics at all Audi China locations. One important focus is to develop and define the right HR and talent strategy for Audi China as well as to develop the competitive HR structure. The HR department is divided into three teams. The HR Business Partner team supports in all daily consultancy to both management and employee to support business and individual development. This position contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes. This includes for example support during re-structure processes, providing in-time recruiting solutions, analyzing business requests to identify trends and recommend solutions from HR point of view with using professional tools and methods.
Job Duties:
- This position needs to contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes.
- This position should support business growth or re-structure through providing in-time recruitment solution together with the recruitment team and organizing Global Expatriate assignments to Audi China
- This position reviews and analyzes business request to identify trends and recommend solution to improve employee performance, retention and talent development
- This position needs to work closely with managers to ensure HR initiatives/programs are implemented effectively within the division by using the professional tools and methods
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in HR and/or several years of working experiences as Business Partner or Senior Consultant in HR department.
- Working experiences in the multi-international company, as a plus
Professional skills:
- Very strong at time management and prioritization
- Self-initiative and strong team work
- High ability to handle multi-tasks
- Very strong communication skills
- Shows creativity, customer orientation and is able to adapt to new working environment
Personal skills:
- Overseas working experience as a plus
- Good at Microsoft Office skills (word/excel/PPT/SAP, M-project)
Language skills:
- Fluent English both in speaking and writing, German as a plus
