Your Responsibility
? Ensure a working junction between departments and Human Resources, resolve
conflicts and optimize best practice approaches
? Implement the business strategy according to Volkswagen Group standards
? Enhance business performance by delivery of Human Resources related subjects
to departments and guarantee a full understanding of information
? Organize and assure correct implementation of work time regulations, employee
data protection, etc.
? Provide updated company policies and processes and ensure that requirements are
met
Your Requirements
? University Bachelor degree or above with a major in Human Resources or similar
? At least 3 years of working experience in HR
? Mother tongue Chinese and fluent German language skills, English skills are a plus
? Experience with recruitment process and workforce management
? Knowledge of labor law
? Strong computer skills in MS Office software and SAP
? Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
? High sense of responsibility, work enthusiasm and continuous learning ability
? Honest, confidential, strict and accurate to job
