Job Description
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the HR Business Advisor are to partner with customer groups to own and execute all HR people processes and drive value through being trusted HR to provide HR counsel and deliver strategic talent management.
Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position
1. Lead & support the full execution of the HR people processes such as talent & organization health review, talent retention and development plan, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, etc.
2. Partner with business groups to forecast opportunities/challenges and provide HR counsel as well as talent solutions
3. Coach business leaders on improving individual, team and organizational health
4. Support to design and implement solutions that promote the right workplace culture and increase workforce productivity
5. Support and Lead various organizational development & change management projects and people development initiatives for respective customer groups
6. Attend leadership People Development Committees and provide HR counsel
7. Be agile to support other HR projects as required
8. Support HR service delivery model continuously evolving in the future
Candidate Specification
1. Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline
2. 6-8 years experience of core HR experience
3. HR Business Operations experience, understanding of the auto market
4. Experience working in a role with responsibility for HR service provision to multiple markets is an advantage
5. Experience of working in a multi-national corporate environment
6. HR Business Operations experience, experience with recruitment, performance management and facilitation of groups is preferred
7. Integrity, commitment to delivery, ability to prioritize and juggle conflicting priorities, team work, effective consultation and counseling skills
8. Required Strong written and spoken English is mandatory for this position
