Part I: Strategic partner to Modern Trade and Trade Marketing
1.Recruit right sales talent, provide sound suggestion to sales functional/regional leader in terms of people hiring solution;
2. Review sales org. compensation & benefit regularly, and ensure internal equity and valuable to the org. effectiveness;
3. Coordinate sales people movement & advancement, evaluate sales job & position both for people retention & development & people development
4. Customize performance management tools for sales team, drive the implementation
5. Provide sales people managers with the council on low-performer management
6. Build up sales talent pipeline through developing sales talent
7. Help sales team to well understand & update company culture, facilitate change management, contribute to sales team moral building up
8. Plan annual sales head count & related budget, contribute to people cost control'

Part II: Projects & other routine assignments:
1. People Finance costing Support line manager to over-view China sales people cost financing, closely work with Region HR costing team on checking and reporting.
2. iTaster program Work with Sale Capability team on iTaster program design and execute the program.
3. 3rd party staff management (72 HC) Work with dispatch company on 3rd party staff whole life circle.
4. National wide employee engagement initiatives Design and work with HQ category HR and China regional HR team to deploy the national wide employee engagement initiatives.
5. Other projects, assigned by line manager

Requirement:
  • 9-11 years' working experience in HR function, with at least 3 year overall HR exper-tise,FMCG working experience is better
  • Training & Coaching skill,
  • Collaboration
  • Fluent in speaking & written English; Good in Word\Excel\PPT
