職務內容：

As a core member of the local Business Management Team, provide on-location HR support in the assigned geographic area to employees including managers to ensure effective and sustainable workplace relations and performance in close collaboration with HR network;
Apply HR policies defined by HR Functions, including on Labor Relations as defined in each country. Ensures & assures local compliance.

薪 資：

NTD / 面議 （經常性薪資達4萬元或以上）

需求條件：

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines.
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources, human resource business partner experience is a plus
3. Strong knowledge in regulatory requirements in labor related matters.
4. Thinking and acting systemically
5. Good communication and inter-personal skills
6. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
