Job Description

1. Job Description

 

 Perform end-to-end recruitment to support Team and business units or Functions.

 Provides administrative support to Team in overall HR role (e.g. TAq, Rewards, Employee relations, and training)

 Maintains employee personal files, docs and update latest HR data on HRIS.

 Support HRBPs to manage business relative data report.

 

 

2. Requirement

 

 At Least 1-2 year related experience.

 English verbal and written communication skill in business level.

 Proactivity and highly detail-oriented with a degree of accuracy regarding data entry.

 Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

 Ability to perform multiple tasks.

 Big data analytical skills (e.g. Power BI, Excel, Power point, etc.)

 

 

3. Preferences

 

 Bachelor degree above.
