1. Job Description
• Perform end-to-end recruitment to support Team and business units or Functions.
• Provides administrative support to Team in overall HR role (e.g. TAq, Rewards, Employee relations, and training)
• Maintains employee personal files, docs and update latest HR data on HRIS.
• Support HRBPs to manage business relative data report.
2. Requirement
• At Least 1-2 year related experience.
• English verbal and written communication skill in business level.
• Proactivity and highly detail-oriented with a degree of accuracy regarding data entry.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks.
• Big data analytical skills (e.g. Power BI, Excel, Power point, etc.)
3. Preferences
• Bachelor degree above.
