Job description:
Reporting to the HR Business Partner for AKKA China, your job consists in providing the best employee experience possible to our employees by:
- Analyzing and providing overall HR support needed by our employees,
- Facilitating communication with employees to build and maintain positive relationships,
- Conducting benchmark on best practices from similar industries or markets on various HR topics,
- Assisting the HR Business Partner on ad-hoc and annual projects (ex. performance management) and other tasks as defined by him.
In the medium / long term and depending on your wish, this position is a gateway to more responsibilities in the HR team of AKKA China.
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor or Master's degree, ideally in Business Management and / or HR
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to zoom in (operational) and zoom out (strategy)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Chinese - fluent level, English - fluent level
