Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle with relevant formalities such as employment contract management, recruitment and dismissal management and database updating
  • Assist to provide proactive hiring solutions to meet business needs and be responsible for recruitment of all executive (+)/junior levels in taproom
  • Assist to build up talent pipelines and develop succession plan
  • Assist to improve and implement performance management process across all functions
  • Support HRM in formulating and implementing key HR strategies, programs, policies and procedures
  • Assist to develop a capability based training system to meet business needs, implement training plan and evaluate training effectiveness


Requirements:

  • 5+ years working experience in HR function in F&B industry, preferably in talent acquisition, performance management, talent development or employee relation
  • Knowledge of best practice in HR is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills
  • A passionate team player, detail-minded, able to deliver result under tight schedule
  • Bachelor degree or above

  • Good written and spoken English
