Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for HR Operations Work including but not limited to: On-boarding/Exit Process, Offer release, Personnel Movement, Labour Contract Management, Communication with 3rd Party Vendor, etc.
2. Implement monthly HR operations and ensure all necessary documents and approvals have been received before processing according to relevant guidelines.
3. In charge of HRIS workday system database maintenance, implement employee Personal-file management and e-filing records and update the system, ensure compliance with procedures.
4. Maintain employee records manually or in HRIS system so that information is accurate and secure. Data managed may include personal information, job history, insurance documentation, leave accrual records, and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression, etc.
5. Implement HR policy, ensure HR operations practice aligns with local law and company regulations.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned by line manager. Working on temporary projects as necessary and required.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree, major in Human Resources Management is preferred
2. Logical thinking and good data analysis ability
3. Fluent Mandarin & English in written and oral communication
4. Familiar with Microsoft, in particular must be proficient with excel
5. Be positive and hardworking
