Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible for monthly store attendance check and relevant reports
- Assist to prepare payroll related reports
- Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding process, closely work with share service center based in HK
- Maintain staff information in HR systems and employee file management
- Support to provide personnel services to expats in the company, e.g. Work Permit & Resident Permit application, renewal and termination
- Work with Fesco to ensure all related work are in placed
- Contribute to ad hoc HR projects as required.
PERSONAL PROFILE:
- Bachelor degree with 1 year+ relevant working experience, retail industry background preferred
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter mind set and able to work multi-task
- Familiar with MS Office application, especially Excel, and proficient in English
