Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Be responsible for monthly store attendance check and relevant reports
  • Assist to prepare payroll related reports
  • Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding process, closely work with share service center based in HK
  • Maintain staff information in HR systems and employee file management
  • Support to provide personnel services to expats in the company, e.g. Work Permit & Resident Permit application, renewal and termination
  • Work with Fesco to ensure all related work are in placed
  • Contribute to ad hoc HR projects as required.


PERSONAL PROFILE:


  • Bachelor degree with 1 year+ relevant working experience, retail industry background preferred
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter mind set and able to work multi-task
  • Familiar with MS Office application, especially Excel, and proficient in English
