Job Description

Requirements:

- Chinese - fluent, English - good level

  • At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position


Main responsibilities:


Reporting to the HR Manager of AKKA China, your job consists in:

  • Employee relationship: ensure maintenance of staff information and issue certificates (employment certificate, income certificate)
  • Onboard process: labor contract preparation, onboard package
  • Exit process: collect all exit documents, issue separation certificate
  • Shanghai integration: support our employees for new application, renewal or information change for their Shanghai integration process
  • Shanghai hukou: support our employees for hukou obtention
  • Visa/work permit: support our foreign employees to get invitation letters, work permits, residence permits and visa
  • Training: ensure monthly onboarding meeting and coordinate internal training
  • Other admin tasks: hotel, car, Fedex


Profile:

  • Bachelor degree in Business and / or HR (preferred HR),
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position
  • Excellent attention to details,
  • A self-starter, with consistent ‘’can-do’’ spirit, able to work independently but also highly collaborative,

- Chinese - fluent, English - good level
