Job Description

岗位职责:

1. 协助岗位招聘,筛选简历,并进行电话面试;

2. 负责面试安排:电话预约、协调候选人、面试官时间,安排面试,接引候选人等;

3. 整理候选人信息,整理数据,完成内部流程;

4. 协助校园招聘;

5. 负责公司活动(年会,年度旅游等);

6. 负责居住证积分,居转户以及高新人才落户申请;

7. 负责外国人就业证/居留许可等证件办理;

8. 负责员工信息录入;

9. 办理员工入职、离职手续;

10. 定期更新人事表格;

11. 负责企业雇主责任险每月更新维护;

12. 其他上级交代的人事行政事宜。


任职要求:

1. 大学本科毕业,人力资源相关专业为佳(欢迎优秀应届毕业生)

2. 具有人事相关工作经验

3. 工作认真负责、有耐心

4. 善于与人沟通,学习能力强

5. 具有良好的英语口语和写作能力


HR Assistant Job Description:


1. Assist in recruitment, such as CV selection, telephone interview, interview arrangement and coordination;

2. Assist in the campus recruitment;

3. Assist in the annual activities such as annual dinner and outing;

4. Responsible for employee onboarding, exit process, internal transfer and other activities;

5. Update monthly HR report;

6. Employee Personal file management and maintenance;

7. Responsible for the new employee labor contract and old employee contracts renewal;

8. Work Permit & Resident Permit application, renewal;

9. Update company insurance information;

10. Other tasks assigned by line manager


Position requirement:


Bachelor’s degree, majored in Human Resources is a plus;

Good command of English, both oral and written;

Working experience in HR field in multi-national companies preferred;

Detailed-oriented and organized;

Good communication skill, hardworking and willing to help;

Good MS office skill such as Excel, Word, PPT;

Self-starter mind set and able to work multi-task.
