What will your role be?

• Support HR People value service team for daily routine
• HR events Planning & Support and executive
• Benefit& capacity Data Analysis related job
• Employees relationship support and maintenance
• Other HR project support

Your key success factors

• Bachelor degree with relevant majors in HR, Labor Law，Business Administration, etc.
• 1~2 year relevant experiences or a fresh graduate with HR internship experience will be a plus
• Be interested in HR job, can be focus on detailed tasks.
• Be willing and have passion to learn
• Good sensitivity on figure.
• Experience in HR internship or major in HRM is preferred
• Good English skills; English CET 4 Must
• Good communication skill
• Good computer skill in office tools
• Systemic thinking
