Job Description

Daily job duties and responsibilities of HR Assistant:

  • Maintaining current HR files and databases.

  • Preparing check-in documents for new starters including welcome letter, launch pad, on boarding notice, contracts and etc.

  • Coordinating with agency to update the employees information including arranging medical check, on boarding notice, termination notice, leave application management, social insurance transfer and etc.

  • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.

  • Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews.

  • Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data with information of new starters, change and termination records.

  • Updating Organize chart.

  • HR license maintaining and annual review.

  • Work permit and visa application and management for expats.

  • Confirming and issuing document certificate when necessary.

  • Managing and maintaining internship records, timesheet and etc.


Qualities of Competent HR Assistant:

  • Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
  • Must be a good team worker with sharing and learning spirit and attitude.

  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings.

  • Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.

  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.

  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.

  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.

要求:

1)大学本科及以上,专业不限

2)要求英文能够听说读写

3)一年及以上相关工作经验,了解HR工作流程及内容(优秀的应届毕业生可以考虑)

4)熟练操作Word, Excel等office办公软件

5)工作认真仔细,有责任心,肯吃苦,愿意学习提高,有团队合作精神


以上为必要条件,如有以下条件可加分:

1)熟悉并从事过外籍人就业证的申请及相关工作

2)熟悉Oracle等类似系统的经验

3)已经获得人力资源相关证书
