Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Provide regular analysis of TA data, regular pre-defined reports/dashboards for recruiting team, HRBP, COE and business unites.
  • Analyze TA data to interpret recruitment conditions& trends, and provide recommendation deem appropriate.
  • Maintain and improve data platform to be able to get relevant data.
  • Make model of TA related data and function.
  • Provide date support on ad hoc projects or requests.
  • Relevant other TA operations works including but not limited to interview arrangement, offer letter management, vendor coordination etc.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:


Education:

  • At least Bachelor’s degree holder with strong quantitative background

Experience & knowledge:

  • 1-2 years with JV/Foreign companies experiences with relevant experience

Core competencies:

  • Motivated, professional and willing to work hard under fast moving requirements
  • Strong analytical aptitudes including broad skills in data manipulation, in-depth statistics knowledge
