This exciting role offers opportunity to:
- Establish employee files, maintain and track them regularly
- Responsible for the signing of labor contracts, the handling of related procedures of alteration and termination, and the management of employees' probation period
- Employee turnover management: responsible for employee turnover interviews, analysis of turnover data and information feedback
- Responsible for staff attendance management, including but not limited to assisting the attendance staff to deal with attendance problems, handling attendance data anomalies, and obtaining support from the attendance system maintenance staff when necessary
- Statistics, calculation and verification of Payroll information and relevant approval procedures
- Implement annual compensation plan, including but not limited to annual budget plan, annual salary survey data preparation, annual salary adjustment, annual bonus communication letter data preparation
- Be responsible for monthly report data, including but not limited to the number of personnel, attendance rate, attendance hours, personnel efficiency, etc
- Organized and provided information required by business, including but not limited to employee qualifications, academic certificates, skill certificates, social security certificates, etc
- Declaration of maternity allowance, industrial injury declaration, transfer and withdrawal of public accumulation fund related business related to social security and public accumulation fund
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- at least 5 years related experience
- payroll experience in multinational companies,expecially with experiences in Manufactory;has
- Knowledge of Mercer Salary Management System;Familiar with national labor laws and regulations, familiar with labor contract law
- Good communication both in English and Chinese、 Good Microsoft office skill (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
