Objectives of job
Support/assist the HR team in operational or strategic personnel management, coordinate and support part of HR projects in China. In partnership with designated business areas and the local HR departments to support HR standards, guidelines, systems on site in order to improve organizational and individual performance.
Principle activities
- To work as part of the HR team to execute the basics and develop innovative and timely best practice HR solutions that can be implemented across the company as a whole.
Work closely with HR colleagues to ensure that we are sharing knowledge and best practice and that processes spanning the teams work smoothly and that we standardize our approach wherever possible.
Responsible for new comer recruitment procedures. Especially operators recruiting.
Responsible for Labor Contract handling (verification, extension).
Involving in staff events organization.
Finishing the tasks assigned by manager.
Work with HR colleagues to provide service to line departments
Time Management job
SAP system maintenance.
Monthly meal card statistics according to last attendance record.
Lead project about time management.
Support for social insurance and housing fund administration work (preparation and declaration).
- Assure the carry out of administrative/personnel activities (e.g. SAP administration, Insurances and Housing fund delivering, maintain personnel files, etc.)
Prepare materials as requested (e.g. contracts, references, etc.)
Assure the preparation of documents and consolidating data for HR reports
- Working permit and resident permit apply/extend and related issue for expatriate.
Be in charge of administrative services within HR department and handle administrative issues of cross functions.
- Be responsible for daily operation work assigned by team.
Proactively identify operational issues and opportunities (e.g. health and fluctuation management). Doing root cause analysis in cooperation with local HR and management team on site. Propose adequate measures how to improve and develop further. Support the implementation of concrete measures. Observe HR trends during the projects on site and feedback to superior.

Job requirements
University degree or comparable qualification with major on Human Resources Management
大学毕业(本科)或相等资质的人力资源管理专业毕业
minimum 2 years professional experience within HR
至少2年相关HR从业经验
Familiar with HR Systems and Processes
熟练掌握HR体系和程序
Very good knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations
熟练掌握相关法律法规知识
Computer literate – Windows, Microsoft Office, SAP would be beneficial
熟练掌握计算机- Windows, Microsoft Office, 具备SAP知识者优先
