A. Employee’s P-File and social archive management
B. Employees government related issues support
C. Employees’ benefits tracking & management
3. Others
A. Employee Shanghai Residence Point and Shanghai Hukou application
B. Local training administration support and tracking
C. HR activities/event support
D. Maintain good relationship with relevant local government departments
E. HR Administration support
F. Other Jobs assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education: College degree or above
2. Work Experience: About 1 year of relevant experiences, preferable in MNC
3. Skills: Good English skill in read and write, and good oral English communication skill is preferred; Good communication skill; Good PC skill of Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Sound knowledge in related labor policies and regulations of the Government.
4. Qualities: Integrity, Detail orientated, Quick learner, Strong sense of responsibility, Good customer service, consciousness, Team player
