Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage general HR and administration function
- Responsible for recruitment & selection to cope with business expansion
- Handle monthly payroll calculations, MPF, taxation, staff records maintenance, injury case and all round C&B operations
- Responsible for review, formulation and implementation of company policies & procedures from the view of both human resources and administration in compliance with related legal regulatory such as Labour Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and Inland Revenue Ordinance
- Prepare and update various HR related reports for management review
- Make constructive advice to Management for general HR and administration matters
- Handle general office administration duties and office support including meeting arrangement, office equipment & facilities maintenance, office renovation, security & industrial safety management, regular housekeeping, replenishment of office supplies and office equipment purchase and so on
- Ad hoc duties as required from time to time
Requirements:
- Five years or above HR & Administration relevant work experience in sizeable company
- Sound knowledge in HR practices, labour ordinance & related legal regulatory
- Ability to work independently and under pressure on multiple priorities and tasks
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and people management skills
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Strong in PC applications including powerpoint, word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Detail-minded and well-organize
- Lesser experience will be considered as HR & Admin Supervisor
- Immediately availability is preferred.
