Job Description

Established in 1985, we are a market leader in Hong Kong, China and ASEAN road transportation services. With very aggressive business growth agenda in developing new product lines, the company has set up own office and facility network in different continents to serve at customer convenience.

 

We are currently recruiting an experienced HR & Admin Assistant to join our Hong Kong office on a permanent basis.

  

Responsibilities 

Assist in performing all round HR functions including payroll calculation, on-boarding and orientation, compensation and benefits and daily operations

Provide a full spectrum of office administration services

Responsible for corporate event logistics

Manage office supplies and equipment, stationery, telecommunications, vehicle license, etc.

Provide clerical support to general office administration and human resources including data processing and filing

Participate in various ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements

Diploma or above 3 years HR & Admin experience preferred

Self-motivated well-organized, attentive to details and possess a service-oriented attitude

Good communications, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with “Can-do” and positive working attitude

Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Work location in Lau Fau Shan

Immediately available is an advantage
