JD:
HR related
1. Assist HR supervisor/manager to handle employee on-board & exit process;
2. Work with FESCO on social insurance & personal files issue;
3. Well prepare payroll and social insurance payment request monthly;
4. Maintain labor contracts and employee database;
5. Other ad-hoc HR issues;
Admin related
1. Process admin daily operation including air-ticket & hotel booking, management & distribution of office supplies and courier management etc.;
2. Be a key contact person with building landlord and property company;
3. Coordinate or organize company activities such as annual dinner party, employee birthday party, town-hall meeting and other activities;
4. Prepare all admin related payment request;
5. Maintain office insurance tracking;
6. Assist MD with some daily issue;
7. Other ad-hoc Admin issue.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree is required: 1-3 years’experience is preferred but graduating student with good potential is also welcome;
2. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English;
3. Team player and quick learner;
4. Good at MS office operation such as Word, Excel, PPT etc.;
5. Good service consciousness;
6. Willing to acquire new knowledge.
