Responsibility:
Responsible for the personnel recruitment process including the creation of job advertisements, coordination/conduction of interviews and final selection of candidates in cooperation with functional department, contract negotiations
Coordinates trainings and workshops including relevant briefings/discussions with external and internal trainers
Supports the continuous optimization of processes and programs
Completes administrative tasks (such as updating/maintaining personnel files, writes references/testimonials)
Coordinates employees transportation and takes care of company cars (owned and leased) and coordinates drivers
Conducts house rental payment and reimbursement
Takes care of the office management (cleaning, gardening, daily maintenance activities, etc.)
Checks request forms such as car use request, air ticket booking request, etc. to ensure that requests are in line with company rules/regulations
Provides input on processes and policies ensuring practicability and completeness
Monitors the service quality of service providers and informs providers about feedback
Coordinates company events such as annual dinner, anniversaries, etc.
Requirement:
College or above, at least 2 years related experience
Fluent English
Good communication and coordination skill
