Job Responsibility

• Lead product registration to comply with NMPA and SH-FDA requirements, to ensure the registration on time.

• Familiar with EU regulation and cosmetic existing usage material list of China, coordinate with Central lab for cosmetic ingredients analysis to comply with NMPA and SH-FDA Regulation for the Application of Administrative Permission for cosmetics
  

• Good registration experience about imported non-special cosmetics. Can independently accomplish registration documents for getting E-HP.

• Good communication skill with foreign lab for preparing registration documents.
  

• Handle customer complain case which is related with ingredients or HP registration.

Working experiences

• More than 5 year experience in cosmetics industry
  

• Solid experience in regulatory affairs / registration

• Familiar with INCI and regulation on Chinese label of cosmetics

• Good understanding of the local regulatory environment, including future trends and developments.

• Strong technical background particularly in laboratory and toxicological testing requirement, experience in product registration activities and meetings with regulatory authorities

• Bachelor degree or above, major in cosmetic, chemistry, biology, medicine and pharmacy

• English: fluent speaking & writing; French is a plus

• Good presentation skill & communication skill

• Logical thinking with detail oriented

• Work in details and result driven

• Be proactive and self-motivated

• Can work under pressure
