Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct lesson preparation and teaching research based on the policies and characteristics of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) curriculum.
2. Carry out teaching-related tasks in accordance with the educational development plans of the group and the school, as well as specific classroom activities.
3. Actively participate in optimizing teaching plans, curriculum development, teaching research activities, and relevant training.
4. Maintain timely and effective communication with parents, provide care and guidance to students to improve their academic performance, consolidate teaching achievements, and create a conducive learning atmosphere.
5. Maintain communication and collaboration with homeroom teachers and other subject teachers, participate in collective lesson planning.
6. Cooperate with the school's enrollment-related work.
7. Other related tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant educational discipline, with a preference for a master's degree.
2. Possession of relevant subject teacher qualifications or Hong Kong registered teacher qualifications, with a preference for high school or higher level qualifications.
3. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in DSE curriculum, with preference given to those with interdisciplinary teaching experience or capabilities.
4. Good English communication skills, with preference given to those with nationally recognized English proficiency qualifications.
5. Good communication and coordination skills, organizational skills, and proficiency in student management and handling of classroom incidents.
6. Candidates with a background in Hong Kong universities and familiarity with the DSE curriculum system are welcome, including outstanding fresh graduates with a master's degree.
