1. Resident in ward, night shift, under the senior doctors.
2. Take night shift one or two times each week as assigned.
3. On call when HDU has severe patients.
4. Others clinical work assigned by department Chair.
5. Assist the JCI and CARF implement.
6. Assist the materials of patient education.
7. Assist the marketing activities.
8. Attend the internal and external training.

? Medical Master or Medical Doctor Degree
? ICU or ER relative education over 5 years.
? Rehabilitation relative work experience (optional).
? Ventilator relative experience.
