Job Description

Job Responsibilities 

  • Provide proper greetings and assistant to both members and guests physically at the Club and also on all telephone enquiries;
  • Provide one-stop comprehensive and quality services to members and guests in a professional manner;
  • Responsible for services reservation and facilities booking arrangement;
  • Ensure all interactions and enquiries are handled;
  • Build up rapport with members and potential clients;
  • Assist Membership and F&B Departments in handling all banquets and events enquiries and appropriately for the closing of the banquet business;
  • Assist in recording any ad hoc or emergency incidents for Facility and Administration departments and remind and follow up with them appropriately.

Requirements 

  • Higher diploma or above in Hotel Management;
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in similar capacity gained from club or hotel;
  • Good knowledge in Chinese/Western cuisine and banquet operation;
  • Good customer relations with supervisory and communication skills;
  • Good command of both spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English;
  • Presentable, Service oriented, outgoing, independent and able to perform multi-tasks.
