Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform check-ins and check-outs for guests
- Escort and issue access card to guests.
- Make reservations for walk-in or call-in guests following policies and procedures.
- Handle guest queries pertaining to facilities, services, registration and information regarding shopping, banking, dining, entertainment, and restaurants reservations for guests
- Manage guests’ complaints and feedback and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Carry out end-of-day procedures and generate daily reports.
- Acquire and dispatch messages to guests promptly
- Handling and safe keeping of cash and guest valuables
- Manage apartment availability in the system, as well as guests’ accounts and information
- Arrangement of local tours, taxis, and restaurant reservations for guests
- Record and assist with guests’ feedback and complaints, and escalate issues to supervisor or respective departments if required
- Performing simple bookkeeping activities such as cashiering and balancing cash accounts
- Assist in viewing of the property for walk-in guests, or on behalf of sales department
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in hospitality industry
- Able to work rotating shift, inclusive of overnight shift
- Meticulous and service-oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
