On behalf of hotel, Guest Service Manager is fully responsible for the problems and emergencies that occur during the operation and management of the hotel to ensure the normal operation and management of the hotel. Guest Service Manager's work is an important link of transmitting information. Any problems, reception tasks and emergencies that occur while on duty should be handled and reported in time. Maintain good communication with guests and maintain good guest relations.
Job Qualificaions
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.Relevant hotel management knowledge;
3.High level of English or Japanese or Korean;
4.Good organization and coordination skills, interpersonal skills and keen observation ability;
5.Appearance clean, dignified and generous, calm.
