Job Description
- Welcomes and greets guests. Ensures all our guests feel comfortable and let them know that you’re there to personally take care of them.
- Informs guests of specials and menu changes.
- Makes recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
- Answers questions about our food, beverages and other club functions and services.
- Presents wine list to host after food orders.
- Hands over guest to Guest Service Agent.
- Takes food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.
- Maintains clean service areas.
- Checks for guest satisfaction after 5 mins of serving his/her food. Any disputes and/or delays if there are, you are required to communicate with Managers / Guest Service Executive on duty.
- Always update current promotions and information.
- Assists fellow servers as situations arise.
- Requests guests to complete comment card upon check settlement.
- Escorts guests to exit the club, bids farewell.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the club as directed by the club manager or immediate supervisor.
- Strictly follows rules/policies and agreements of the company.
