  • Welcomes and greets guests. Ensures all our guests feel comfortable and let them know that you’re there to personally take care of them.
  • Informs guests of specials and menu changes.
  • Makes recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
  • Answers questions about our food, beverages and other club functions and services.
  • Presents wine list to host after food orders.
  • Hands over guest to Guest Service Agent.
  • Takes food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.
  • Maintains clean service areas.
  • Checks for guest satisfaction after 5 mins of serving his/her food. Any disputes and/or delays if there are, you are required to communicate with Managers / Guest Service Executive on duty.
  • Always update current promotions and information.
  • Assists fellow servers as situations arise.
  • Requests guests to complete comment card upon check settlement.
  • Escorts guests to exit the club, bids farewell.
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the club as directed by the club manager or immediate supervisor.
  • Strictly follows rules/policies and agreements of the company.
  • Any other tasks assigned.
