Main Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information and prompt assistance to customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction of customers
• Perform administrative duties including data management for customers' spending records
• Provide assistance on ad hoc duties, including promotion and gift redemptions

負責:

• 於商場為租戶及人客提供客戶服務
• 於商場進行推廣活動時保持運作暢順
• 處理一般文書工作

Requirements:

• Associate Degree holder or above in any discipline
• At least 1 year experience in customer service, luxury retail or club lounge
• Strong in interpersonal skills and with excellent service attitude
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good in PC skills and Excel
