The hotel includes a stylish with distinct art deco architecture, characterised by curved windows and a white exterior, aiding in its charm and making it one of Launceston’s most popular hotels.
We are currently looking for a motivated, bubbly and vibrant Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor - (2 nights each week) to join our friendly Front Office Team.
Often the first point of contact for our guests, your strong communication skills will shine through in this role by delivering service excellence from check in to check out and everywhere in between. You must have a keen eye for detail - auditing the daily transactions of the hotel, correcting errors, and providing accurate reporting each morning. You will be responsible for the hotel security throughout the night and must be confortable working alone. Shift times are from 11pm to 7am.
You may have previous experience in a similar role, or you may be a customer service superstar in a different industry, either way we would love to hear from you.

We are seeking someone who goes the extra mile to provide a memorable guest experience with the ability to multitask, work under pressure and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues.
