This position is a fantastic career opportunity for a front of house extraordinaire with strong administration skills. Reporting to the Front Office & Reservations Manager or her delegates, you will be the first contact with our guest on arrival and assisting them during their stay.

  • You are strong and eloquent in written and verbal English language.
  • You have exceptional organisational and time management skills.


Work Experience
  • Strong computer literacy is a must
  • Previous experience with Opera or similar PMS
  • Excellent telephone manner with a proactive selling approach
  • Previous experience with hotel front office (minimum 1 year within midscale preferred). However full training is available.
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Exceptional personal presentation
  • Strong cash handling skills
  • Ability to work within time constrains
  • Holds a GM certificate or is eligible to hold one
  • Diplomatic and avid negotiator
  • LCQ and First Aid Qualifications are advantageous.
