Job Description

The Job

  • Provide concierge service in the Four Seasons serviced apartment, such as assisting guests in restaurant reservation, transportation arrangement, etc.
  • Handle check in/out procedures upon guests arrival and departure
  • Post charges and settle bill accurately
  • Utilize a variety of computer systems to run daily reports
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail or parcels

The Person

  • One year experience in Hospitality or Customer Service industry will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of major tourist attractions, shops and restaurant in Hong Kong 
  • Outstanding guest relations, inter-departmental coordination & follow up skills
  • Excellent trilingual skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to work on shifts including overnight shifts
