Shangri-La Hotel, Dalian
The 563-room Shangri-La Hotel, Dalian is located in the heart of the city's booming commercial district, home of the city's top banks, restaurants and largest modern shopping mall. Only 20 minutes from Dalian International Airport and overlooking the harbour passenger terminal, the hotel offers a host of on-site food, entertainment and leisure options as well as north-east China's most comprehensive range of conference, meeting and banqueting facilities and services.
DUTIES
- Under the guidance and supervison of the Service Manager-FO, to ensure smooth and efficient handling of the Front Office operation for the Japanese guests.

Provide the necessary VIP treatment for the Japanese guests; coordinates with all departments concerned to fulfill Japanese guests needs and to respond and comply professionally.
REQUIREMENTS
- Physically fit, neat, well groomed, pleasant appearance
- Passionate towards Hotel Industry.
- Good at oral & written Japanese.
- Can do morning and afternoon shifts.
- Good communications skills
