Job Description
1. Responsible for maintaining customer relationship management, establishing healthy guest relationships, improving guest satisfaction, and improving hotel online review scores
2. Responsible for accepting customer complaints from resorts/hotels, identifying and preventing potential risks of customer complaints from various projects, and promptly handling and providing feedback on customer complaints
3. Master the room reservation status, report the booking status of important groups and guests to the department manager, check the sending status of VIP notices, and be responsible for the implementation of VIP reception work
4. Responsible for receiving and seeing off guests at the front desk and lobby, and providing polite and professional services to hotel guests
5. Assist in managing the luggage room, ensuring that all luggage is labeled and securely stored in a suitable location
6. Responsible for all special matters and announcements related to hotel services
7. Ensure that all equipment in the work area is in good working condition
8. Arrange taxi and airport shuttle services for guests who are expected to leave the hotel upon request
9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors on time
