Job Description
Assist Guest Service Manager and Room Controller in ensure room allocation is accordance to guest’s preference. Supervise front desk associates to ensure that they are adhering to all hotel policies, procedures, regulations and standards, while striving towards driving total guest satisfaction by ensuring smooth check in and check out of all guests. To provide personalize service to guest during there stay in the hotel.
协助客户服务经理和排房专员,确保根据客人的喜好安排合适的房间。监督前台员工,确保他们坚持所有酒店的政策,程序,规章和标准。确保顺利办理客人入住登记和退房手续使客人满意,要为客人提供个性化服务。

JOB SPECIFICATION职位要求 :

Profile of Competency
工作能力:
Two years of hospitality experience in high contact customer area is preferred
No related work experience is accepted
No related supervisory experience is accepted
Language 语言能力: ? Fluent spoken Mandarin language
Very good spoken and written English language

Education 教育:
Hospitality University degree is preferred
College degree is accepted
Job License 资格证 N/A
